The OSIA Colorado Foundation was formed in 2004 by the Order Sons of Italy in America Grand Lodge of Colorado.

This Foundation is created and shall be operated exclusively and solely within the provisions of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code or any similar Federal Statute hereinafter in effect, for religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes, or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals, within the United States or any of its possessions.  

The OSIA Colorado Foundation grants seniors of Italian heritage the opportunity to attend the college of their choice.  Every year the foundation offers scholarships to young men and women from across the state of Colorado.

Alzheimer’s Association

An estimated 5.1 million Americans have Alzheimer's disease and of that number, thirteen percent are 65 years or older. Nearly fifty percent of Americcans over 85 suffer from this disease and seventy percent of these patients live at home. More alarming still is that the number of Alzheimer's cases could rise to 16 million in the next four decades.


Cooley’s Anemia

For over 50 years, the Cooley's Anemia Foundation has been a strong partner for families living with thalassemia. OSIA has been an invaluable partner in CAF's dedicated mission in advancing the treatment and cure for this fatal bllod disease, enhancing the quality of life of patients and educating the medical profession, trait carriers and the public about Cooley's anemia/thalassemia major.


Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism

The goal of the Flutie Foundation is to improve the quality of life for people and families living with autism. They are dedicated to increasing the awareness of autism and the unique challenges of families who are faced with it everyday. Their commitment is to support these families by helping them find the resources they need and by funding advocacy programs as well as educational, therapeutic and recreational opportunities.

Caruso Family Charities

Caruso Family Charities is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to financially assisting families who have a child suffering with cancer. Caruso Family Charities help mainly Colorado families but also families of children being treated in Colorado. They partner with the Rocky Mountain Childhood Cancer Foundation to cover a range of needs for these families.
